NOCTRODEX installs from npm. The scanner runs entirely on your own machine — scans leave from your IP address, never ours.

- Requirements: Node.js 18+ and Python 3.10+. The engine binary and GUI install automatically for your platform.
- Your infrastructure, your IP. The engine runs on your host and talks to targets directly. We only ever see sign-in and licence checks.
- Your responsibility. Scan only systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You accept the authorized-use terms the first time you scan.
