This website is operated by NOCTRODEX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Noctrodex”, “we”, “us”), a One Person Company proposed under the Companies Act, 2013 (India). By using this site you agree to these terms.

// 1. Informational site

Content describes products and concepts under development (including Ghostmaster, security software, and on-prem AI hardware). Nothing on this site is a binding offer, warranty, guarantee of features, timelines, or performance, or an offer of securities, unless set out in a signed commercial agreement.

// 2. Acceptable use

You may not use this site or any software or materials we provide to attack, probe, or compromise systems you are not authorised to test. Security research tooling and demos (including the on-site terminal narrative) are for illustration and lawful, authorised contexts only.

  • No unauthorised access, scanning, or exploitation of third-party systems.
  • No misuse of contact channels for spam, fraud, or abuse.
  • No scraping that degrades site availability.

// 2a. Authorised use of NOCTRODEX scanning software

NOCTRODEX(GHOSTMASTER) SAST and DAST are offensive-security testing tools. They are installed on your machine and run entirely on your infrastructure: the scan engine sends its traffic directly from your host to the target you name. Noctrodex operates no scanning proxy and no traffic of yours passes through our systems. We see only account sign-in and licence validation.

Because the scan originates from your own network, you are solely responsible for every target you scan and for the consequences of scanning it. By installing, activating, or using the software you confirm that:

  • You will scan only systems you own, or for which you hold documented, current authorisation from the owner.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and any equivalent law in the jurisdiction of the target, and with any bug-bounty or engagement scope that governs your testing.
  • You will not use the software against third-party systems without permission, to cause denial of service, or to access or exfiltrate data you are not entitled to.
  • You accept that unauthorised scanning may be a criminal offence, and that Noctrodex is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, your testing activity.

Your licence key is personal to you and is validated against your account. Sharing it, or using the software after your licence expires or is revoked, terminates your right to use it. We may suspend a licence where we receive credible evidence of unauthorised use.

You accept these authorised-use terms inside the application the first time you run a scan; that acceptance is recorded against your licence key.

// 2b. Product Acceleration Programme (free trial) and licence terms

The Product Acceleration Programme provides a no-cost evaluation licence of the full product. It is open to anyone with a NOCTRODEX account and a verified email address. There is no application, no review, and no payment instrument required.

  • Term. Seven (7) days for a single product — SAST or DAST. Five (5) days where both products are taken together.
  • One per product per account. An account may evaluate SAST once and DAST once. Creating additional accounts to obtain further evaluation licences is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated licences being revoked.
  • Not a reduced product. The evaluation licence unlocks the same engine, the same rule corpus, and the same interface as a paid licence. Section 2a applies in full: an evaluation scan runs from your host and you are solely responsible for every target you scan.
  • No charge and nothing to cancel. The licence simply stops working on its expiry date. No payment instrument is collected, nothing is billed, and no subscription begins unless you separately choose to purchase one.
  • Buying is never blocked. You may purchase at any point during or after an evaluation. A purchase issues a new paid licence and supersedes the evaluation licence; it does not extend it.

Machines. A NOCTRODEX licence — evaluation or paid — may be activated on as many machines as you own or control, with no device limit and no activation quota, for as long as the account holding it remains active and the licence itself has not expired or been revoked. Each machine is approved individually through your browser. This does not make the licence transferable: it remains personal to you under section 2a, and it must not be shared with, or activated on behalf of, any other person or organisation.

Paid terms. Licences are sold on a monthly (30-day) or yearly (365-day) basis at the prices shown on your account page, exclusive of GST where applicable. Each is a one-time purchase for the term stated; there is no auto-renewal and no stored mandate, so a licence lapses on its expiry date unless you renew it yourself. Prices and programme terms may change for future purchases; a licence already issued keeps the term it was sold with.

// 3. Intellectual property

Site design, branding (including Noctrodex marks), text, and demo materials are owned by Noctrodex or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or rebrand our materials without written permission, except for fair personal viewing of this site.

// 4. Demos and terminal preview

Interactive or animated demos (including the Ghostmaster terminal sequence) are theatrical simulations using fictional targets. They are not a live security assessment of any real organisation and do not create a professional services engagement.

// 5. No warranty / limitation

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

// 6. Privacy

// 7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
