// 1. The site and the products
This site describes and sells software products (NOCTRODEX SAST and NOCTRODEX DAST) as annual subscriptions, alongside informational content about other concepts under development (including Ghostmaster and on-prem AI hardware). Except for a purchased licence and this agreement, nothing on this site is a binding offer, warranty, guarantee of features, timelines, or performance, or an offer of securities, unless set out in a signed commercial agreement.
// 1a. Licence & subscription
A purchased product key grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the named product for one year from issue. Pricing is ₹1499/year per product, or ₹2699/year for both (SAST + DAST). The key is delivered as a signed licence file after payment clears; the binaries themselves are free to download but require a valid key to run. Keys are bound to one product and do not auto-renew — renew from your account to continue. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or attempt to forge or circumvent a product key.
// 1b. Payments
Payments are processed by PayU. We do not receive or store your card details. Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
// 2. Acceptable use
You may not use this site or any software or materials we provide to attack, probe, or compromise systems you are not authorised to test. Security research tooling and demos (including the on-site terminal narrative) are for illustration and lawful, authorised contexts only.
- No unauthorised access, scanning, or exploitation of third-party systems.
- No misuse of contact channels for spam, fraud, or abuse.
- No scraping that degrades site availability.
// 3. Intellectual property
Site design, branding (including Noctrodex marks), text, and demo materials are owned by Noctrodex or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or rebrand our materials without written permission, except for fair personal viewing of this site.
// 4. Demos and terminal preview
Interactive or animated demos (including the Ghostmaster terminal sequence) are theatrical simulations using fictional targets. They are not a live security assessment of any real organisation and do not create a professional services engagement.
// 5. No warranty / limitation
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

// 7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
